We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BS TAILOR MEASUREMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BS Tailor Measurement from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
